🌿 Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain tortilla or wrap
  • 3–4 slices lean turkey breast (deli-style or home-cooked)
  • 2–3 tbsp hummus (classic or flavored like roasted red pepper)
  • A handful of baby spinach or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Optional: sprouts, avocado slices, or sliced bell pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Lay your tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the entire tortilla.
  3. Layer turkey slices, spinach, carrots, and cucumber in the center.
  4. Add any extras like avocado or sprouts.
  5. Roll the tortilla up tightly like a burrito, tucking in the ends as you go.
  6. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately — or wrap it in foil for an easy to-go lunch!
