Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice noodles
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup red cabbage
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and syrup into a dressing.
- Toss noodles and veggies with dressing.
- Top with crushed peanuts.
