Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, add broccoli and broth. Simmer 15 mins.
- Blend with coconut milk and yeast.
- Season to taste and serve warm.
Tip: Serve with crusty whole grain bread.
