Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ cup plant-based milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
Instructions:
- Mix flour, milk, and seasoning into a batter.
- Coat florets, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
- Toss in hot sauce and return to oven for 10 mins.
Tip: Serve with vegan ranch or tahini dip.
