Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, chili, and fresh cilantro
  • Samosa wrappers or phyllo dough

Instructions:

  2. Fill wrappers, shape into triangles.
