A cold, elegant appetizer that never goes out of style.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ice for chilling
Cocktail Sauce:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Dash of hot sauce
Instructions:
- Boil shrimp until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Chill on ice.
- Mix cocktail sauce.
- Serve shrimp with sauce on the side.
Tip: Add a celery stick or cucumber slice for a fresh bite.
