Ingredients:

  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheese
  • Cooked chicken or beans
  • Salsa for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Fill half a tortilla with cheese and meat/beans.
  2. Fold and cook on a skillet until golden.
  3. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.

Tip: Make ahead and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
