Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked orzo
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, oregano

Instructions:

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Tip: Add olives or grilled chicken for a full meal.
