Overview:
The most popular keto-friendly pizza base that’s chewy and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese.
  2. Mix in almond flour and egg to form dough.
  3. Roll out and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 mins.
  4. Add toppings and bake again.

Tip: Use parchment paper to avoid sticking.
