Overview:
Keto egg muffins are low in carbs, high in protein, and perfect for meal prep. Customize with your favorite veggies and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup spinach (chopped)
  • ¼ cup bell pepper (diced)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk eggs and season.
  3. Add veggies and cheese to muffin tins.
  4. Pour egg mixture over.
