Overview:
All the flavors of a cheeseburger in a keto-friendly, bunless casserole.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion (diced)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Cook beef and onion.
- Layer in a baking dish with bacon and cheese.
- Whisk eggs and cream, pour over.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins.
Tip: Garnish with pickles and keto ketchup.
