Overview:
Moist, fluffy muffins made with oat flour and no gluten.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 diced apple

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients and fold in apples.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 mins.
