Overview:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (gluten-free)

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients; add wet ingredients.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop onto a baking tray and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 mins.
