Overview:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then almond flour mix.
  2. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
