Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (gluten-free)
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients; add wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto a baking tray and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 mins.
