Overview:
All the flavors of a cheeseburger in a keto-friendly, bunless casserole.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Cook beef and onion.
  2. Layer in a baking dish with bacon and cheese.
  3. Whisk eggs and cream, pour over.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins.

Tip: Garnish with pickles and keto ketchup.
