Keto egg muffins are low in carbs, high in protein, and perfect for meal prep. Customize with your favorite veggies and cheese.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup spinach (chopped)
- ¼ cup bell pepper (diced)
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs and season.
- Add veggies and cheese to muffin tins.
- Pour egg mixture over.
- Bake for 20–25 mins.
