Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¾ cup plant-based milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, milk, and seasoning into a batter.
  2. Coat florets, bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
  3. Toss in hot sauce and return to oven for 10 mins.

Tip: Serve with vegan ranch or tahini dip.
