Tastes like tuna, but it’s totally plant-based!
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, mashed, egg
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped pickles
- Salt, pepper, and dill
Instructions:
- Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Serve on whole grain bread, in a wrap, or over lettuce.
Tip: Add nori flakes for a subtle “seafood” flavor.
