A cold, elegant appetizer that never goes out of style.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Ice for chilling

Cocktail Sauce:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Dash of hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Boil shrimp until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Chill on ice.
  2. Mix cocktail sauce.
  3. Serve shrimp with sauce on the side.

Tip: Add a celery stick or cucumber slice for a fresh bite.
