Perfect for plant-based guests, these are rich, hearty, and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 12 button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic and onion, add breadcrumbs and parsley.
  2. Stuff mushroom caps.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.

Tip: Add vegan cheese or chopped walnuts for extra texture.
